Baked beef pin wheels,a small salad,some chilled beets.Sofar in the last 24 hours I have only eaten 26 carbs imcluding this meal.I feel ok on this meal plan by watching the carbs and calories...1052 calories..26 carbs.Not bad,not bad at all.
