I've gained 43 pounds since I moved to NC....
I joined a special 8 week challenge at work last week for our "LiveWell" benefits; So I started a "weight log". My Lupus makes it difficult to exercise....but at least I can change my eating habits.

HOWEVER, on Fasnacht Day....
What's better than a Boston Cream? (one of my favorites)

How about a Maple Glazed Cream Filled?
