Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad you enjoy my posts, that makes me spirit smile.

I do use sage in my house. I love blending smudges. The house just feels deeply peaceful afterwards. I also find when I am outta sorts a good smudge put me back in my proper energetic alignment.

I use an old coffee grinder to put my sage in, and then I usually put frankinsence or myhrr in with it. I also have a myriad of other resins and plants that i grind in with it depending on what I am using the smudge for. I love smudge. Absolutely one of my favorite things to create.
