having rapid hot flashes tonight!! It makes me wish I had a VERY private mountain hideaway so I could go streaking through the yard at night or have my very own private nudest camp in the chilly mountain air!!
I can't take hot flashes and Shingles!! It will KILL me this coming summer!!
