Happiness will be

finding a job where customers don't yell at ME for the vendor not shipping their product yet. because, you know, i totally called the vendor and asked them to delay it.

we tell you it will take 2-3 weeks if there are no delays and you're yelling at me on the 15th day that it's not here yet and it BETTER be here by monday? mmm yeah ok.

Happiness IS customers who know life happens, it's not MY fault, and laugh with me over crappy customers.

It's painstakingly obvious who has never worked in retail.
