Slow cooked a london broil in the oven with carrots, onions, a can of diced tomatoes, garlic, and a little Worchestershire sauce...
Made basmati rice cooked in beef broth and green beans to go with it...
Took the tomatoes and some of the onion from the cooking pan, blended it, seasoned it, finished it with a little butter and made a nice sauce...
Scoote said "this is good, what's it called?"
I could only shrug...

Half the time what I'm cooking doesn't have a name...I'm just playing in the kitchen.
