Came home tonight to no AC in the apartment...

Last summer I had to just about stand on my head to get them to change out the archaic, non-cooling, energy vampire that was here when I moved in. The new unit really cooled the place off and my light bill dropped by nearly $50 per month.

I am not a happy Femme tonight and they are not going to be happy in the rental office tomorrow...
