So. I have great memories of making Easter baskets for the group home kids when I was younger (my parents have always been big into the foster home/charity thing) - coloring eggs and putting together baskets for kids who wouldn't have anything else; thinking about how it would brighten their day.

If I found an Alzheimer's home, or a group home nearby, would you want to come the Friday before Easter and help make little Easter baskets for them? Probably a couple dozen or so. It's something I'm thinking about doing this year, maybe throw a little thank you to the universe or whatever for all the good stuff that keeps landing in my lap. Besides, I like to color easter eggs, and it is so much more fun with a purpose and a bunch of people.

Yay or nay? I'd have the eggs, basket makins, jelly beans etc.
Trying to see if it's worth talking about having peeps over (hee get it, peeps?) Send me a PM or text if Yay. That would be Friday evening, Apr 22.

Yes, we could spice it up with some Wii and Fact or Crap or Cranium and adult beverages. Duh.
And of course, you know this house wouldn't have people over without also offering a buttload of food (that's a nice image, huh?) this time around, it'll probably be ordered in, not homemade.
