I confess.....

I have a MAJOR craving for a pumpkin funnel cake with powered sugar icing.....

I confess....the last time I weighed in, I had gained (2 steps forward, 4 steps backward

)

I confess.... some days, I get excited and motivated about improving my health.... other days, I get bummed out and binge. I guess it would mean more to me if I knew it wasn't a loosing battle and that I had a good reason to fight more.

I confess.... today was a hard day and it will take a lot of will-power to not binge.
