I want an inexpensive way for me to have my own computer and not have to share with my housemates anymore. So, either

1. my desktop needs to be fixed if possible
2. or be able to be cashed in and whatever pennies they give me for it be used towards the price of a laptop
3. I find a hella good deal on a laptop and have both

I'm open to whatever the Universe gives me, as long as it's inexpensive.
