They didn't change the name of Samoas, per se. There are two factories that manufacture that particular cookie. One of the factories still calls and markets them as Samoas and the other thinks that Caramel Delights sounds better, so they call and market them as such.

It's the same damn cookie and I *love* them so!

I even like the Samoa knockoffs by Keebler HERE.

Would it be wrong of me to brag that I have Samoa ice cream in my freezer RIGHT NOW?
