1) Waking up this morning to find that the tiny bit of snow we got on Friday is completely gone today and it's a beautiful sunny day in the mid-to-high 40's. That's like a damn heatwave right now for us.

2) Being able to spark up the grill in a little while for the first time since last year and tossing a couple of steaks on it....Pure heaven awaits!
