It's been a LONG day and I'll be damned if I go without an emergency kit again or have to get ready for work by taking a "bird bath" with 24 ounces of bottled water. The things we take for granted

I now have a new respect of those individuals [that are part of my caseload] who have major barriers to a "normal" life and who may be homeless and/or not have access to every day comforts such as a hot shower or a safe place to stay out of a storm.
