I must confess,

UofM, that post does dumbfound me..and I am not being rude either.

This classical music is soothing to my soul and I am loving it.

I cheated this morning and had one small pancake with light syrup and a banana for breakfast...Then had unsalted and dry roasted peanuts as a snack...

I am trying to rid my life of negative people who say they care about me, but yet, use what I tell them against me...So I say, kma... The harderst person to rid myself of was my best friend of almost 24 years...

Talking to a good friend this afternoon was good and I am looking forward to when we can do it again..Talking to another good friend yesterday, who kept reminding me to keep my chin up and think positive...
