First, you are welcome.. and it does help to talk about it.. and you are definately not a wussy... yeah.. the WalMart thing.. was probably not a good idea.. I know you hate having to rest.. however, you NEED to .. because if you keep pushing yourself.. especially since you do not know the full extent of what is going to be needed in the way of surgery, etc.. you could end up doing yourself more damage.. and type the type that can not be repaired. So, try to take it easy..

I bet the ducks were having a grand time.. washing up in your pool.. grins.. too funny..

The weather up here is alot cooler than yesterday. However, it is not cold by any means.. and the it has been pretty windy today as well as yesterday.

Sounds like you had a good time.. meeting up with Zimmy...just take it easy.. (as I repeat Myself again.. laughs)..

Hope you find a good movie on Netflix.. let us know what you end up watching..

Jo let me go with her to Walmart last night to pick up a "few" things(which is NEVER just a few things) anyway i had taken a pill bc i was hurting just a little..just a dull ache that i thought would go away with a pill and some walking.....Boy was i wrong...half way thru sweat was pouring off of me,a 90 y.o woman flew by me like i was standing still,AND ( i know this will be hard to believe) but i got a little cranky...soooooo someone better preserve this bc i dont say this very often but.......Jo was right--it was too much....i had thought sitting/laying/moving about the house was not helping my back at all,but and i RARELY say this i was wrong!!!!

anyway---its another beautiful day here,but thinking since i burned yesterday i will just enjoy the a/c.....i hear Jen and Ms Belle met up....so i have to ask Bella how are your ears? That Jen sure can talk huh...lol...when Jo and i and the kids met up with her i was like "wow someone who can rival Jo" im only half playing i really enjoyed meeting Jen and look forward to doing it again soon....maybe we could include Bella(i know its belle but i like Bella ) and make a day of it!

Jake....are the temps still warm up ur way?.....thanks for all the talks it does help to talk to someone who has experienced this pain...helps me realize i am not a wussy

anyway i am gonna go take advantage of netflix and see if there are any good movies on!
