green peppercorn souffle crusted rack of lamb
grilled baby beets
arugula tossed with a simple white wine olive oil dressing and shaved parmesean cheese
tiramisu
expresso

it was at a now closed restaurant on the jersey shore a few years ago. the chef was a good friend and amazing in her craft...
