We were supposed to be doing Easter dinner tonight bc Rooster just got home from NY...Unfortunately,Jo could not find a ham that she liked so instead we are doing a fried/baked chicken(she can explain how that works) mashed potatoes,corn on cob,and some broccoli (for the boys)---then easter candy for dessert

turns out Rooster ate at least a half a pig while in NY so he was glad to hear we werent having ham tonight
