Oh, I only quit drinking all the beer I was drinking with my buddies. I drink lots of water and an occasional Sobe pomegranite from time to time.
Giving up the beer made it easier for me to quit smoking since I started out only smoking when I drank. Now I can have a beer or two once in a while and not have a cig craving.
