I live in the Pacific Northwest (west coast, Oregon)
and it rains a lot here - today we have sunshine though!

I love peanut butter, almond butter and really like using coconut butter to sear veggies for stir fry (or as a tanning lotion).

Do you have a favorite place there in England you like to visit often?

Over here, I like visiting the coast and watching people fly kites!
I often attend the kite festival down in Lincoln City
and when 4th of July festivities take place, I like to go downtown Portland to the Blues Festival on the waterfront!

Do you like blues and if so, who's your favorite artist/band?
