Tonight, my Sissy came over.....

I made a mixed green salad with roma tomatoes and almonds with a Balsamic Vinegar dressing. Then I made what I think may have been the best garlic mashed potatoes I've ever made! Holy Mother of Gay were they ever good! AND a meatloaf on a bed of carmelized red onion slices and baby carrots.....

It was wonderful! And there are leftovers for a meatloaf sandwich tomorrow! I'm excited!

The best part was having my Sissy there and laughing uncontrollably. Julia was present.
