Thanks for the link! I looked at the menu, and it is called "blackened chicken pasta"! Blackened fish is a recipe from Louisiana, the fish is coated with a very spicy mix and cooked in a very hot pan so a crust forms on the outside (that's the "blackened") while the fish is very tender and sweet inside. It became quite the obsession and soon every restaurant was doing not only fish but steak and chicken "blackened". So that explains it! The chicken is "blackened" and then used in the pasta sauce!
