Good morning everyone
Coffee is on, and I think we need this for breakfast...
I called the hospital again about 1 a.m. and they were taking her bed down to the OR so they didn't have to transfer her twice, but she wasn't back in her room yet.
Called about 8:30 this morning and the nurse on her ward said she had a very rough night and nightmares....possibly some difficulty with coming out of the anesthesia. She was very sweet, but I could tell it was a repeat of what happened last time....and I'm sure it wasn't only my mother that had a rough night. I'm feeling for all of them (mother, nurses and other patients) at the moment.
The good news is that the surgery itself went well, and she's sleeping now...so that's the important part.
So now it's the usual Saturday morning....Scoote (who worked late last night) and the Prince are
, I'm drinking coffee on the patio...alternating with pool cleaning and plant watering....and Rooster is inside with a cup of tea, playing online with an old friend from NY.
