my lease being up and moving the heck out of the horrid apartment!

This morning i awoke to a patch of very wet carpet in the area between the living/dining room and kitchen...i am on the ground floor and there are no pipes anywhere near that area. So it must be coming from whatever pipes are in the wall...grrrrrrrrrrrr!
