Ask your apartment complex if they have a shopvac you can borrow to get the water out of the carpet. And spray some bleach water on it to kill any mold that may have started to grow.

I need to get my hair done also, a friend of mine does it for me to save me the money. Enjoy the time with your neice and nephew. Even though I live near my niece and nephew I hardly see them. My other niece is at a summer acting workshop. She's really into acting and singing and is really good at it. The last play she was in was 42nd Street and she had the starring role
I'll call the rental office about the shopvac although maintence used one yesterday....for some reason, I don't think they totally fixed the leak I don't want to use bleach because I'm affraid the cats will try to lick it. I'm going to see if I can find some organic stuff
