- spending quality time with a resident i adore.. she's mouthy, she weighs about 89 lbs and takes no crap from anyone.. but i love the challenge, and think she's the sweetest even if she calls everyone colorful names - but she takes to me for some reason, probably because i'm quiet and the gentle sort ...
also - the beautiful sunshine out there today, gorgeous day makes me smile..
and lastly - my strength this morning, keeping myself focused and my newfound determination to really work hard at eating healthy, within my guidelines and organizing a lil system which will keep me on track!
