What do you
like to do that involves moving around? Do any of those things bring you true pleasure? Maybe you just need to do your favorite thing often enough that it becomes a habit and a reward together. You have mentioned some of the challenges you are overcoming with the mental associations, could there be a denial of pleasure involved? Don't worry too much about which is the best workout for now, just do what is fun and form some new associations to physical activity.
