I take a daily vitamin anyway but now I'm doing 2 Cinna-chromes in the morning and 2 in the evening. Supposed to up your metabolism so you burn fat faster.

We shall see. Or, if anyone here has any knowledge of it, I'd love to hear from you.

I've been using cinna chromes for 2 months and love it, my sugar levels have gone down and metabolism went up.
