Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday.. We got to spend two days with my family, first at my sister's high school graduation and then at the new house my parents bought and will move into in a week.. We pitched our brand-new fits-8-but-there's-only-3-of-us!-tent in the rain, and grilled some corn and hamburgers and hot dogs once the rain subsided. Didn't make it to the s'mores - but they can be done in a microwave and rightly so! Saw a deer cross through camp sites this morning and the sun even came out.. Had breakfast in a slightly-overpriced restaurant then walked the town a bit. Got my wings finally - silver on the back of a turquoise zip-up hoodie
And yes, I did get a birthday cake in there, and had a sit-down talk with my father about the wedding over some beer and all is good
So in short, my birthday rocked
