Hey Everyone !
This afternoon I had cleaned and made 2 bunches of collard greens. No meat, I used lots of garlic ( minced ) and some olive oil to sautee the garlic in . Them added the greens to cook slowly, so I had some brn rice about 1/2 cup. I admit I was somewhat hungry today . But that satisfied me. Now I'm getting ready to make a fresh fruit smoothie with banana and pineapple, berries, and some PB. Good evening to everyone .... btw I feel great
