I did some research in regards to ground turkey. Here is the most legible website I could find. It is:

It has more cholesterol in it than regular ground beef. Read the labels as to what is in it also. I will gladly eat my 93% lean ground beef in small portions.
Sorry to derail the thread, but since I took my health into my hands and making sure what I eat is almost vegan. I beat my chances of heart disease and diabetes.
