I spent almost 2 hours being passed around from office to office with lots of "oh, wait, maybe you should try calling this number..." often being passed back to the office before, only to find out that the one person who could help and the one I had to talk to ... was off work sick

It's a good thing as soon as the eejit I was talking to said that hung up there and then because I would've made her ears ring with the cursing that came after, luckily because I will have to call the buggers again!
