According to my belt... I have lost 3 inches... 
I can still pull my pants down with my belt cinched up...
All this from changing my eating habits and drinking more water...
I try to walk at least every other day sometimes it is just too warm for me so I get on the elliptical trainer in the garage and go for about 30 minutes...
