Is anyone else really good friends with an ex? I had dinner last night with my ex who is also a very good friend. She is a MA and works at a pain management clinic. Knowing how much my elbow has been hurting....she took it upon herself to take care of me. I got there last night to pick her up and she had all kinds of goodies for my elbow! I have anti-inflammatory patches and a topical cream. She even talked to the Doc and got me a sample size muscle relaxer. We had a great dinner and then sat and talked for a couple hours after. It was a really good night!

Obviously it depends on the ex LOL I have remained friends/acquaintances with some to different degrees; on the other hand, some I have had no interest whatsoever in keeping in touch with, and one, after 5 years together, walked out one day and just never spoke to me again. We've never spoken a single word since.
