I'm so grateful that even though my health isn't perfect and I can't work yet and I'm living over here, I still have a wonderful woman in my life who accepts me for me, doesn't mind me being grumpy every now and then and loves me unconditionally and tells me off if I don't take care of my health. I know that it will take time, but if I get my arse in gear and go to school, I can start the process of moving to the US to be with her.
I have no regrets for the past, because it's just that, the past.
All I can see now is the future, our future together, living as a family and living happily ever after.
I'm also grateful for all my wonderful friends in the US, so many of you have helped me and stood by me even when I was pushing everyone away because I was afraid and didn't want to drag anyone down with me. I love you all, you know who you are, and even if I don't talk to you all regularly, you are all still in my heart and thoughts, so, thank you for being you!
