Every wed. morning on my run, I see the guys who collect the trash in my neighborhood. Used to just say good morning as I ran past. Then this one guy who is very funny started making comments like, " Hey, why don't you grab a few of those trash bags, and toss them in here, on your way past." So I of course have a smart ass response of some sort in return. Told him he couldn't afford me. Last time I saw him , I asked him something like , why don't you have a water stand set up for me, you know I'm going to run by. Well today he was waiting , when I ran by, he tossed me an ice cold water. It made me laugh out loud. I was on vacation last week , he said he's been waiting 2 weeks to do that. Caught me by surprise. Very funny, and very nice. He is one up on me now, I have to be creative to get him back.
