As for smoothies, for the most part they fill me up. I don't even do anything fancy... just frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, a banana & the 50/50 (the light Tropicana) orange juice. If I wake up super hungry, I'll do a piece of wheat toast with it, too.

I like the small curd fatfree too but I like pepper all over mine. I know I know but I love it.
