speaking of natal charts (not that anyone was) do you know much about the significance of the time of birth? i know the day gives the sun sign, but i'm questioning how the chart decides what goes in other signs due to time of birth.

i'm asking because for years i've been reading a natal chart one way, on the assumption that the time of birth was correct. so... i was looking at my birth certificate the other day, and it's got a vastly different time than has been charted. i tried using paint.net to put the charts side by side and see if i could rotate them around but spatially i'm too challenged for that. is there any way a chart can be made that puts multiple charts on one circular graph? like, the right time and the wrong time, on one chart?

you may not know this arwen, it's okay if you don't, it was just a shot in the dark hoping you could.
