Good Evening Everyone,

Today was my last day having to wake up at 4am for work..Woohoo!!! Dessert for all of us! My transfer interview went well on Friday and now all of the paperwork is on my department director's desk...Say that five times fast, lol...

I am thinking of chicken breast strips, crinkle cut carrots cooked with a dash of garlic salt, thyme and crushed red pepper with creamy chicken rice on the side....
