Good morning everyone !
Happy Hump Day - i went to work this morning, and go back this evening..
just walked home in the downpouring rain, and jumped in puddles on the way home, lol.. now everything is in the laundry and i'm warming up! =)
i had my weigh in this morning too, lost 4.4 lbs for a total of 23 lbs now since April, HAPPY girl i am! Going to do a bit of housework this morning, and then have some lunch later, and do a workout if i dont go walking, depends if the rain will let up... Then back to work i go this evening, gotta love these split shifts *not* heh!
