i stopped smoking over ten years ago after having smoked for over twenty something years. i know how freaking hard it is to do. i applaud everyone of you here trying to stop! it's the best thing you'll ever do and you can't even begin to know how good you will feel afterwards. i used the patch and worked that system exactly as directed and i also used a lot of online support groups. [like this!] for me, having somewhere to go to so i could whine, bitch or brag about my quit days, was extremely helpful. oh, and that quit meter was very cool to use. i think this is it: http://www.dedicateddesigns.com/qk/download.htm at first you don't see a lot of change and it's a wee bit discouraging but all of a sudden one day you look at it and you are amazed at how well you're doing and how far you've come and then well, it's too late to turn back yay all of you!!!
