Zimmy it sounds like the dont want to rock thier boat..your supervisor..seems like maybe they dont want attention drawn to them by thier bosses you know? I had a situation where I was the boss and a new GM came in some employee's came to me with sexual harrassment allegations I went to the "boss" and stated the charges and believe it or not he turned it on me...but I stuck to my guns for the employee's sake and it all showed in the end...do what you feel is best. |
