Hi Zimmie...

It's a one time COST to attend ALL events (Registration). There is a SLIDING Scale, pay what you can afford. This does include a Dinner on Saturday Night for the BIG GAY PROM. (this is new this year)

The Coffee Klatsch is a daily event open to all attendees! Come on up to the hospitality suite (in your pajamas if you like!) and grab a cup of very good coffee and a bagel or piece of fruit. We'll be up to greet the day among friends with a little chit chat and hope to see you there!

So your cost really comes to play in the way of Rooms and Transportation there (no transportation needed while there, unless you want to site see) A lot to do with in walking distance from Hotel. It's right on the river front it's a beautiful walking area.

For me, I am driving. I typically will go buy some lunch meat and snackies so I have stuff for my room and guests that hang out with me. I would be more than happy to make a grocery trip for you as well. This would cut your cost of meals down.
