BB had a smoothie for lunch today:
frozen blueberries (3/4 cup)
ice (4 cubes)
unsweetened soy milk (1/3 cup)
O% Greek yogurt (1 cup)
1 banana
golden flax seed (ground), 1-2 tablespoons
