I will not close my KeyBank account. Customer Service informed me that I opted out of overdraft consent, so instead of it pulling money I do not have (atm and store purchases only, on-line purchases/automatic deductions do not apply) it will say insufficient funds. I've been preparing to see -$140 in overdraft fees be drained, and instead due to lucky timing and consenting, there will be none! I CAN PAY MY BILLS THIS MONTH!

I will not curse out KeyBank anytime soon, even though the lady I called prior told me none of the above, just that she couldn't help me
