- getting ready to go for a long walk at the nature park with a friend i havent seen since i was 11 years old when my mother moved me out of town... we lost contact, and recently found one another and so anxious to see her and catch up, she was my best friend growing up..

- special wonderful & such a loving evening with my Daddy last night, my ever growing self confidence and the very noticeable changes in me which led to an absolute comfort in my ability to show the beautiful, sexy & wonderful girl i know i am for Him.. our fabulous conversation, connection & everything in between!

- taking care of me, truly taking 100% care of me, healthwise, mindwise, eating & exercisewise, following through.. making appointments, future planning and removing ALL negativity and feeling confident that i am stronger than i've ever been.. and knowing i am NOT turning back..

-the beauty i feel, the self esteem that is growing, the love and zest for life that i am so truly learning to live and enjoy now, putting myself out there and not holding back anymore.. damn right!

- the genuine love & understanding of my Daddy, Mr Mtn who seriously loves the stuffing right outta me as i do Him, and my confidence that i am worthy of this love and that i work daily to deserve it, SO very much.. He's an absolute positive in my life - and i'm one grateful and very appreciative girl.. i love You Mtn♥
