I stopped by the mail and I got my Very FIRST POST CARD(from Austin)!!! It couldn't have come on a better day.

I took it home and sat in the chair like I just discovered a treasure. It's an exquisite card that reads so much contrast, beauty, shame, sexual, compromise, and yet compliments all in one. this shouted butch/femme dynamic to me. Oh, what was the picture... an ax and a peach.

I woke this morning feeling blah. The stress has been getting to me and this really put a smile on my face.

TYTYTY! littleman?

Now when I get my list I have my SC cards ready to start sending!!!
psst...it was a sledge hammer. but, i won't split hairs. ha! i'm glad you liked it and that finally, someone gets the contrast part of that pic. i also like the play of the colors of the peach, mirrored in the residual paints on the sledgehammer. but, that's me.

it feels really good that people are so tickled getting their postcards. i'm almost as excited for everyone who gets one in their mailbox as i am to get my very own.

btw...tommi, thanks for the winter wonderland. a definite feast for the eyes in this dry ass texas heat.

lis & jess...really like the one from columbus. it's a cool town. who knew any place in ohio would be the midwestern mecca for queers? thank you!
