The recipe off the Lipton Onion Soup box is WONDERFUL! While it has a bit of ketchup in it, it's not much.....and it is SO yummy! It makes great LO's too...and terrific sandwiches!!!

I hate ketchuppy meatloaf. I hate hot ketchup in any way, actually. I usually make the meatloaf without ketchup on top while cooking but dip it in ketchup once I'm eating it. Or steak sauce. A lot of times, I'll cover it with steak sauce as it cooks and that adds a bit of tangy goodness to it.
