ohhh you gotta check out that link I have here on perfect fried chicken. Southern Fried Chicken is an art. When you soak it in buttermilk you're adding flavor and fat. Its all about the fat. lol
Then you want to oil just right or you'll have brown outside, raw inside. The link will tell you a lot. Give it roll.
