For those of you who haven't been working out regularly, it's just fine to go for a walk. There are thousands of people out there who have taken of lots of weight just walking 30-60 minutes a day. Now I realize that California has been inundated with rain over the last 10 days, and it's butt ass cold in the rest of the country, but when we get a break, a nice walk outside will do every one of us good. I got a 2 miler in yesterday and it felt great. (The

For those of you who smoke, you'll find the more you walk and work out, the less you'll want to smoke and eventually you'll be able to just quit.
