I thought that too. This is about becoming & staying healthy.
Making Lifestyle changes.

I can't imagine that injections would be a lifestyle change.
I wouldn't want to do that for the rest of my life.

In other news ...Sunshyne is super busy with work. She had a cheat day yesterday. But all in all she is still doing well. It will be nice for school to get underway & for her to get back into an exercise routine.
I get to see her in 2 weeks
